Principles of healthy lifestyle

In my opinion, we should all try to adopt a healthy lifestyle although it may not be easy. Try to do as much as you can. Healthy lifestyle involves the following: - Healthy diet. High fibre, low fat, low salt, low sugar diet. - Exercise - does not have to be formal. You can do gardening, cleaning and vacuuming the house, go up and down the stairs etc. Aim is to move all parts of the body which will ensure that blood reaches every part of the body. - Adequate sleep. Everything in moderation is allowed except smoking. In my opinion, smoking does not have any health benefits whatsoever. Do not worry. Do whatever is right. Leave the rest to someone up there!
